Presenter: Jerome Dickey and Brenda Hooper

About the presenter:

Jerome Dickey
Experienced mediator and business professional with solid expertise in both operations and human resources, providing unique insights into people, organizations and conflict situations. 20 years of leadership and management roles in the airline, transportation and utility industries have crafted my skills for bringing people together to resolve challenging problems by collaborating for success.

Focus is on Workplace and Strata conflict resolution. My philosophy is that business and organizations succeed through people, making it essential to pro-actively identify, intervene and resolve conflicts as early as possible. My goal when conflict escalates is to bring resolution and work to design environments where conflict not only is effectively resolved but managed to enhance decision-making, dialogue and engagement. For strata communities, effective and timely resolution of disputes is critical to quality of life. I bring many years of strata experience as a board member, owner and trade industry representative to the resolution of these complex types of disagreements.
