Civil Mediation

The phrase “civil mediation” refers to mediation of any kind of dispute except for “family”, Child Protection and criminal matters.  It can be used for a very wide range of conflicts including disputes between neighbours, workplace conflict, commercial and business disputes etc.

Numerous studies have found that mediation is an effective and affordable way to resolve these types of disputes. Mediators can help uncover the interests and motivations at issue in conflicts, and then help you plan a mutually agreeable way forward.

The mediator does not impose a decision - you stay in control.
